A New Identity with a Powerful Purpose

The rebranding of Friendly Forces is more than just a fresh logo or a redesigned website—it’s a reflection of our renewed commitment to our cause. Our new visual identity embodies the strength, resilience, and dedication of the servicemembers we support. Every element, from our colors to our logo, was chosen to represent the values we hold dear: integrity, service, and community.

Our new website is designed to be a resource hub for employers, Reservists, and supporters alike. It offers streamlined access to information on how businesses can effectively support their Reservist employees and showcases the incredible impact that Reservists have on both the military and civilian sectors. We’ve made it easier than ever to connect Reservist talent with companies that recognize and value their unique skills.

Achieving 501(c)(3) Status: A Testament to Our Commitment

Obtaining 501(c)(3) status is a significant achievement that underscores our dedication to serving the public good. This status not only affirms our nonprofit mission but also enables us to expand our reach and impact. With this designation, Friendly Forces is now positioned to receive tax-deductible donations, apply for grants, and engage in broader partnerships that will further our cause.

As the founder of Friendly Forces, I consider this accomplishment the most important of my professional career. The work we do here is not just a job—it’s a calling. I am deeply committed to ensuring that Reservists receive the support they deserve, both in their military and civilian roles. This endeavor is about more than just helping individuals; it’s about safeguarding our nation’s security by ensuring that the critical bridge between civilian life and military service remains strong.

Broad-Reaching Impact on Servicemembers and National Security

The impact of Friendly Forces extends far beyond the individuals we directly support. By educating employers and advocating for policies that favor Reservists, we are helping to create a more resilient workforce that is capable of responding to national emergencies. Our work contributes to the stability of the Armed Forces and, by extension, to the safety and security of our nation.

I am incredibly proud of the work that our team has done to get us to this point. The journey has been challenging, but it has been worth every effort. Friendly Forces is now better equipped than ever to fulfill its mission, and I look forward to continuing to lead this organization as we make even greater strides in the years to come.

Join Us in Our Mission

As we celebrate these milestones, I invite you to join us in our mission. Whether you’re an employer, a Reservist, or a supporter of our cause, there’s a place for you in the Friendly Forces community. Together, we can make a difference that resonates far beyond our immediate circle—strengthening our military, our workforce, and our nation as a whole.

Thank you for your continued support and belief in the power of Reservists. The future of Friendly Forces is bright, and I am honored to lead this charge.
