Our Purpose

Friendly Forces is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping members of the Reserve and National Guard serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard integrate their service with gainful civilian careers. We connect them with employers who recognize their value, unique skills, and contributions to the country.

Friendly Forces is operated by actively serving members of the National Guard and Reserve with years of experience in both the military and the private sector. Using our experience, we cut through the noise of the “military friendliness” and veteran hiring industries to identify and promote organizations that enable the service of military members through paid military leave programs and other supportive people-oriented workforce practices.
